Day 35 (February 4, 2014) – Brooklyn, NY
It’s cold. The morning commute has transformed yesterday’s winter wonder land into a slushy mess. My shoes are wet (not to self…snow boats next time!). And I just want to get to work so I can finish the day that hasn’t even started. I’m tired, but I push on. I found this image on a walk that I do everyday, rushing to the G train in Clinton hill. I noticed a woman walking ahead of me framed by the the fence and snow covered tree canopy. There was something poetic about this moment – a morning walk in a world covered in white.
